CANCELLATION POLICY
We all get it. Things happen. To maintain good standing, cancellations and reschedules must be completed no later than 24 hours before your reserved time. This keeps the flow of business & allows others an opportunity to request their preferred time. Texts requests to reschedule/cancel within 24 hours will not be honored. Any cancellations not completed in the time frame will be charged 50%+ fees and forfeit deposits paid. No- Shows will be charged 100% cost + fees and forfeit deposits paid. Multiple infractions will be disabled from scheduling.
